Mounted police position themselves in Times Square. Great public relations exercise as the police are very accommodating and the horses very tolerant. I would assume the horses would be easier to maneuver through the N.Y traffic if the police needed to pursue someone. These pictures were taken especially for Jeannie. Hehehe!!!!
