Pavement eating is interesting in Berlin. The paths are very wide and the seats outside all food places are turned so you sit and face out to watch the people walk by. This also applied outside our hotel. Notice the seats and tables on the left and right of Bridget. Our hotel: Hotel California is on the main street.
