You may think the first photo is a scene from Master Chef by the way Bridget is standing at attention but alas it wasn't. We were involved in our first cooking lesson in Vietnam as part of our tour. There were also two German girls, Suzie and Julia involved with us. We cooked three dishes in traditional ways. The session finished with a test and since we all passed the cooking challenge we had a meal any Kiwi would be proud of....especially since we cooked it.
