I told you Americans like everything big. In the background is the Spirit of Louisville which is a paddle streamer used for tourists and private functions. If it is parked up at this jetty what river is it on and what state is on the other side of the bridge in the background?

The River is the Ohio River, and across those bridges is the State of Indiana.
